XRP is holding near the $1.36 level after a volatile week, while investor attention is shifting toward strong ETF demand despite broader crypto market weakness.
U.S.-listed XRP spot ETFs attracted $18.98 million in inflows between September 8 and 10, while Bitcoin ETFs recorded approximately $449.45 million in net outflows during the same period. Ethereum ETFs also saw around $29.76 million in outflows on September 10, making XRP one of the few major crypto ETF categories continuing to attract capital during the market selloff.
The divergence in ETF flows comes as XRP approaches a key technical level that could determine whether its recent recovery continues.
From a technical perspective, XRP is currently trading around $1.36, with the 200-day EMA acting as immediate support. The first major resistance level remains near $1.40. A successful breakout above this level could open the path toward $1.58, followed by stronger resistance around $1.70.
A sustained move above these levels could strengthen the possibility of XRP targeting the $2 mark, although the asset would need to overcome several resistance zones before reaching that target.
On the downside, failure to maintain support around $1.36 could increase selling pressure and expose XRP to lower levels near the 50-day EMA at $1.27 and the 100-day EMA around $1.24.
The recent ETF activity has become a key factor supporting the bullish narrative. XRP funds recorded inflows of $1.55 million on September 8, $12.29 million on September 9, and $5.14 million on September 10, extending a strong period of demand from investors.
The market is now watching whether continued ETF inflows can support XRP’s technical recovery and help the asset break above major resistance levels.
