This Privacy Policy covers Tradexus Times (tradexustimes.com) and its associated subdomains — Arena, Stream, Data, and Launchpad — which share a common database and account system.
Information We Collect
Reading our content does not require an account. If you create an account, we collect the email address, password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text), and display name you provide. If you use account-connected features, we also store: watchlist symbols, portfolio holdings you manually enter (asset, amount, purchase price), price alerts you configure, and prediction or voting activity. Where you voluntarily provide information — submitting a comment, subscribing to our newsletter, contacting us, or submitting a project to Launchpad — we collect only what's needed to fulfil that request.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use your browser's local storage and session cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as a watchlist saved before you sign in, and, where applicable, locally-submitted comments or form drafts. Session data authenticates your account and is not sold or shared with advertisers.
Third-Party Market Data
Live pricing, market statistics, and derivatives data displayed across Tradexus Times and its subdomains are retrieved from third-party market data providers. These requests may be subject to the privacy practices of those providers, independent of Tradexus Times.
How We Use Information
Any information you submit — through account registration, comments, contact forms, Launchpad project submissions, or newsletter sign-up — is used solely to operate the relevant feature, respond to your request, moderate community content, or deliver communications you opted into. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Your Choices
You may request that we delete your account and the information associated with it at any time by contacting us using the details on our Contact page.
