5. Launchpad Project Listings
Projects listed on Tradexus Launchpad are submitted by third parties. Tradexus Times reviews submissions for completeness but does not endorse, vet for investment merit, or guarantee the legitimacy, security, or performance of any listed project or token. Listing a project is not an endorsement or recommendation. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before interacting with any listed project.
6. User Submissions
By submitting a comment, contact form, or Launchpad project, you confirm the content is your own or that you have the right to submit it, is not unlawful, abusive, or misleading, and you grant Tradexus Times permission to display it publicly once approved through our moderation process.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict access to the Platform, suspend accounts, or remove submitted content that violates these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.
