Payments infrastructure firm OpenPayd expects to complete its planned Nasdaq listing by the end of 2026, with the company preparing to enter the U.S. market and pursue additional acquisitions.
The company is in the final stages of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission review of its proposed merger with Titan Acquisition Corp. The transaction still requires the registration statement to become effective and approval from Titan shareholders, among other closing conditions. If completed, OpenPayd is expected to trade under the ticker OP.
The planned listing comes as the U.S. market becomes more attractive for crypto and payments companies following developments around digital assets and stablecoins. For OpenPayd, the regulatory shift creates an opportunity to provide payments infrastructure for businesses connecting traditional financial systems with blockchain-based networks.
OpenPayd has also been expanding its payments infrastructure partnerships, including an integration with Circle Payments Network for cross-border payments and participation in Fireblocks’ payments network. The company provides businesses with accounts, foreign exchange, domestic and international payments, as well as infrastructure connecting fiat currencies with stablecoins.
The U.S. expansion is already taking shape. OpenPayd recently brought MSB USA Inc. and its 43 state money transmitter licenses into the group, while the company aims to begin providing services to U.S. customers by April 2027.
Financially, OpenPayd reported $73 million in revenue for the year ended April 30, 2026, up from $57 million a year earlier. The company reported $13 million in EBITDA and a $2.8 million net loss for the latest year. The planned listing would provide capital to support the company’s U.S. expansion and acquisition strategy.
